Oceanside, CA – October 4, 2016 – Project Made Easy was awarded a professional services contract to implement Project Online within the North County Transit District (NCTD).  NCTD provides public transportation ranging from rail to bus to on-demand services for North San Diego county.

This project will transition the entire agency from its current varied systems for project management to a centralized and streamlined Microsoft Project Online environment.  NCTD plans to use Project Online to capture and manage project ideas from inception, through execution and closeout, including the capture of time actuals against tasks and assignments.  Additionally, Project Made Easy will be integrating key metrics from NCTD’s financial system into Project Online to ensure that Project Online users have up-to-date project funding and status information in one place.  We’re very excited to announce this opportunity and can’t wait to begin work!
